At our parish, we lovingly keep records of baptisms, confirmations, marriages, and other sacraments. If you need a copy for personal, legal, or religious reasons, we’re happy to help you get it.

Older records may be archived, but we’ll do our best to help you find what you need.
Who Can Request Records You can request records if you are:
The person named on the record
A parent or legal guardian
An authorized representative with written permission
How to Request a Record You can request records in a few simple ways:

Phone: Call our office at [phone number] for assistance.
Mail: Send a written request to [parish address].
Please include:
Full name at the time of the sacrament
Date of birth
Date (or approximate year) of the sacrament
Parents’ names (for baptisms)
Spouse’s name (for marriages)
Fees and Processing There is a fee of $20 for copies of records, which can be paid cash, by check, credit card, Venmo of Zelle. Requests typically take 5 business days to process.
