WHAT IS CONFIRMATION?HIGH SCHOOL CONFIRMATION
The Sacrament of Confirmation is a sacred milestone in the life of a Catholic. Through the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, candidates are strengthened by God's grace, more deeply united to Christ, and empowered to live as faithful disciples and active members of the Church.
Our Confirmation program is more than a preparation process—it is a journey of faith. Through prayer, catechesis, service, fellowship, and participation in the sacramental life of the Church, teens are invited to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and embrace their call to share the Gospel with the world.
At St. Mark Catholic Church, we are committed to partnering with parents, families, sponsors, and volunteers to support our young people as they prepare to receive this important sacrament. Together, we strive to help each candidate discover how the gifts of the Holy Spirit are alive in their lives and walk with them as they become lifelong followers of Christ, living out their faith with courage, love, and hope.

High School Program Overview
The Confirmation program requires parents to maintain an active role in the formation of their child, as well as participation in service, fellowship, and worship. St. Mark is focused on forming missionary disciples of Jesus Christ, and we firmly believe this begins at home.
Program Details- Tuition: $250 per year
- Deposit: $125 due no later than Parent Orientation
- Classes meet Sundays from 8:30 AM–9:45 AM, with the intention of attending the 10:00 AM Mass together
- Year 1 candidates participate in a Day Retreat
- Year 2 candidates participate in a Weekend Retreat
Please note: A copy of the baptismal and first communion certificates are required during registration. If your daughter or son has not yet received First Communion, we will prepare her or him during the Confirmation process.

Registration Fee and Payment
The program fee for Confirmation Year 1 and Year 2 is $250 per year. The minimum deposit for registration is $125, and a monthly payment plan is available.
We suggest five payments of $50. Payments by check payable to St. Mark Church are preferred to reduce the need to handle cash.
