Following the Parish Synod in the Spring of 2026, committees were formed to further develop the discussed pillars for a new pastoral plan. These committees are temporarily replacing the Financial and Pastoral Council:

PILLAR 2 — Disciples in the Faith
Bible Study Facilitator · Sacramental Preparation Support · Adult Faith Formation · Bereavement Ministry · Speaker Series Coordinator · Youth/Spanish-Language Formation · Small Group Leader

PILLAR 3 — Generosity & Financial Stability
Increase personal giving 10–20% · Finance Council Member · Giving Campaign Committee · Parish Hall Rental Coordinator · Financial Transparency Communications

PILLAR 4 — Parish Operations
Database Audit & Update · New Parishioner Follow-Up · Sacramental Records Digitization · Project Management/Admin · Marketing/Social Media/Flocknote · Technology & Digital Tools
